Coffee to the Rescue for the Back-to-School Hustle
For many in the valley, it’s back-to-school week! For many busy parents and students returning to college, that requires back-to-school shopping, reinstating a “school” routine after perhaps some lazy summer days of staying up late and sleeping in, and adding back in the steps of making lunches, helping the kids get ready and getting them off to school before you even start your work day. Tired yet? Phew, we’re tired just thinking about it!
Getting back into the back-to-school hustle can take a little practice… and a lot of caffeine! If you don’t have time to swing by your favorite coffee shop for your preferred “Cup of Joe,” why not take a “hack” from Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf and make your own homemade iced coffee bevvy to get your day started off right? Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf suggests freezing leftover cold brew into ice cube trays overnight. In the morning, place them into a tall glass (or a to-go cup), pour steamed milk overtop, stir and enjoy! After a little caffeine pick-me-up first thing in the morning, you’ll be able to tackle back-to-school week like a pro!
